In this training, you will be hired as a new Scrum Master in a fictional company to help their Scrum Teams with their AI journey. All exercises of the class happen in the context of that company.

I have been working in the software industry for 20+ years. First, I was a developer for around 10 years.

Around 2013, I was part of a team developing software in the oil and gas sector. We used the waterfall model. So, we went into a “cave,” confident we understood exactly what our clients needed.
